Randal Dickie
MCIP, RPP, President
Randal has over 30 years of planning experience throughout the GTA, working in both the public and private sector. He has handled quite literally over a thousand planning files over those years, from minor variances and consents, plan of subdivision and condominium, through to Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments. Randal also has experience with OMB, LPAT and TLAB hearings.

Randal Dickie established Urban Growth Inc. in 2012 after many years working in the land use planning profession throughout the GTA. He recognized the need to provide focused, effective land use planning services, working in direct contact with clients, while always being cognizant of the risks involved the planning approvals process.
Randal has experience on all types of files, including all forms of residential, as well as employment, commercial and institutional developments.
Randal has been a full member with the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and the Canadian Institute of Planners since 1997.

Project manage complex Planning and Urban Design tasks for various clients in several municipalities, including upscale/executive house design guidelines for the City of Brampton, as well as design guidelines for residential, employment and mixed-use communities throughout the GTA.
